For more than eight decades, Gamma Chapter has proudly upheld the mission of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated® by promoting the highest standards of nursing, fostering leadership, advancing health equity, and serving our communities with compassion and excellence. As professional registered nurses and nursing students, we are committed to making a meaningful difference through service, scholarship, advocacy, and mentorship.

Our chapter is dedicated to empowering nurses, strengthening our communities, and inspiring the next generation of healthcare leaders. Through health education, community outreach, professional development, scholarships, and collaborative partnerships, we strive to leave a lasting impact throughout Baltimore and beyond.
